  1. i) We offer Free Legal Consultation Service (“Consultation Service”) to those SMEs Customer with legal problem on daily business operation. It is absolutely free of charge. The Consultation Service is provided by the independent solicitor through telephone. All legal advices provided by the solicitor are preliminary. The Consultation Service will not offer any follow up service nor representation to the applicants. ii) The legal advices is for reference only. Wing Fung Credit Limited and the solicitor(s) do not assume any liability for any reliance on such information and content by any person. iii) Wing Fung Credit Limited reserves the right to refuse provision of the Consultation Service.
  2. Monthly flat rate 0.39%, namely annualized percentage rate of 8.50% and is calculated based on a repayment term of 12 months.
  3. The repayment terms, monthly repayments and interest rate are subject to final approval and Wing Fung Credit Limited reserves the right to review and approve the loan amount, term and interest rate.
  4. In accordance with the Money Lenders Ordinance, the annualized percentage rate does not exceed 48%. The final personalized interest rate varies according to the circumstances of individual cases. Flexible repayment tenor from 3 months up to 36 months. Calculated and based on a loan amount of HK$10,000 with annualized percentage rate of 8% and repayment period of 12 months, the monthly instalment is HK$870. The total repayment amount is HK$10,440 and the total interest of the loan is HK$440.
